การเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต
แอปไม่ส่งภาพวาดหรือข้อมูลส่วนตัวของเด็กให้ผู้พัฒนาหรือบุคคลอื่น การเชื่อมต่อ อินเทอร์เน็ตของแอปเกิดขึ้นได้เพียงสองกรณี:
1. บริการซื้อภายในแอป (ช่องทางสนับสนุนตามสมัครใจ) — ดำเนินการโดยระบบของ Apple App Store / Google Play (Play Billing) ซึ่งเชื่อมต่อกับร้านค้าเมื่อผู้ปกครองเปิด หน้าสนับสนุนหลังผ่านด่านผู้ปกครองเท่านั้น การซื้อไม่ปลดล็อกเนื้อหาใด ๆ ดูรายละเอียด ในหัวข้อ "การสนับสนุนผู้พัฒนา" ด้านล่าง

เมื่อเปิดใช้ การดาวน์โหลดเนื้อหาคือการขอไฟล์ข้อมูลบทเรียนและภาพระบายสีชุดใหม่ (ไฟล์ JSON หนึ่งไฟล์) จากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา

การแชร์ผลงาน
ผู้ปกครองสามารถแชร์ภาพที่เด็กวาดออกไปได้ โดยต้องผ่านด่านคำถามสำหรับผู้ปกครองก่อนทุกครั้ง เมื่อกดแชร์ ระบบปฏิบัติการจะให้เลือกปลายทางเอง (เช่น แอปข้อความ อีเมล) ไฟล์จะถูกส่งไปยัง แอปที่เลือกนั้น ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของแอปปลายทาง ไม่ใช่ของเรา เราไม่ได้รับสำเนาภาพที่แชร์

เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากผู้ใช้ทุกวัยโดยเจตนา หากท่านเชื่อว่ามีข้อมูลของบุตรหลาน ถูกส่งมาถึงเราด้วยเหตุใดก็ตาม กรุณาติดต่อ support.jedsada@gmail.com เราจะตรวจสอบและลบให้ทันที

In short
This app collects no personal information from children or anyone else. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking across apps or websites. Everything a child draws stays on their device.
What is stored on the device (and never sent anywhere)
The app saves the following in its own storage so it can remember your settings:

None of this includes a name, email address, phone number, location, camera photos, contacts, or any identifier, and none of it leaves the device.
Deleting data: drawings can be deleted individually in the gallery, or uninstall the app to remove everything. We hold no copy of any of it, so there is nothing to request from us.
Internet access
The app never sends children's drawings or personal data to the developer or anyone else. Its network connections are limited to two cases:
1. In-app purchases (the voluntary support jar) — handled entirely by Apple App Store / Google Play (Play Billing), which connects to the store only when a grown-up opens the support page behind the parental gate. Purchases unlock nothing; see "Supporting the developer" below.
2. Downloading extra content packs — only in builds where this feature was enabled
at build time (CONTENT_URL set).
When enabled, the content download requests a data file (a single JSON file) containing new lessons and colouring pages from our server.
- The request carries nothing about the child or the device — no cookies, no device identifier, no account. It is a public file request, like opening a web page.
- As with any internet connection, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) will see the device's IP address and standard request metadata in its server logs. This is unavoidable when transferring a file. We do not link those logs to any user, do not build profiles from them, and do not use them for advertising.
- If the connection fails, the app works fully using the content bundled inside it.
Sharing artwork
A grown-up can share a child's drawing, and this always requires passing the grown-up question gate first. When sharing, the operating system asks where to send it (messages, email, and so on). The file goes to the app you choose, which is governed by that app's privacy policy, not ours. We never receive a copy.
Lesson narration
The app uses the speech engine built into your device (iOS/Android) to read drawing steps aloud. We do not record audio, do not use the microphone, and send no audio off the device.
Please note: on Android, the device owner can choose a speech engine that works over the internet. In that case the lesson step text may be sent to that engine's provider, according to your operating system settings rather than anything our app does. You can turn narration off in the grown-up zone, or choose an offline speech engine in your device settings.
Supporting the developer (in-app purchases)
The app is entirely free; no content or feature is locked behind a purchase. There is only an optional way for a grown-up to support the developer, which lives behind the grown-up gate and gives nothing in return.
All payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store card numbers, payer names, addresses, or any payment details, and we keep no record of who supported us. Please see Apple's and Google's privacy policies for how they handle payments.
What this app does not have
- ❌ No advertising of any kind
- ❌ No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
- ❌ No user tracking or advertising identifiers
- ❌ No access to camera, microphone, location, contacts, or your photo library
- ❌ No accounts or sign-in
- ❌ No social media buttons or outbound links a child can tap on their own
- ❌ No selling or sharing of data with third parties (there is no data to share)
Children's privacy
This app is made for children and is intended to comply with COPPA (United States), the Apple Kids Category requirements, Google Play Families policy, and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from users of any age. If you believe your child's information has reached us for any reason, please contact support.jedsada@gmail.com and we will investigate and delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes we will update this document and its effective date. If a change materially affects user data, we will note it in the app's release notes.

删除数据： 在作品页可以逐张删除，或卸载应用即可全部删除。 我们手上没有这些数据的任何副本，所以没有什么需要向我们申请删除。
联网
应用从不把孩子的画或个人数据发送给开发者或任何第三方。只有这两种情况会联网：
- 应用内购买（自愿支持罐） — 通过 App Store 或 Google Play 处理。 只有大人通过家长验证后才会开始，支付信息由商店处理，开发者看不到， 而且支持不会解锁任何内容。
- 下载额外内容包 — 仅在开启该功能的版本中。只是下载一个公开的 JSON 文件， 不会上传任何东西，也不会附带任何识别设备或孩子的信息。
分享作品
只有大人主动选择分享时才会发生，并且一定要先通过家长验证。 分享去哪里由大人在系统的分享面板里决定。
课程朗读
朗读使用设备内置的语音功能，在本机完成。文字从不离开设备， 也不会发送到任何语音服务。有些设备没有内置对应语言的语音，这时朗读会安静无声， 不会出现错误画面。
支持开发者（应用内购买）
应用里的所有功能和内容都免费。支持完全出于自愿， 不会解锁任何东西，也不会给任何回报。入口在大人专区，需要通过家长验证。
这个应用没有什么
- 没有广告，没有广告 SDK
- 没有分析统计、崩溃上报或任何追踪工具
- 没有账号、登录或社交功能
- 没有相机、麦克风、位置或通讯录权限
- 没有对孩子的个性化推荐或画像
儿童隐私
本应用按 COPPA、Apple Kids 类别、Google Play Families 和泰国 PDPA 的要求设计。 我们不收集儿童的个人信息，因此也不存在向监护人索取同意后再收集的环节。
