การซื้อภายในแอป

การลบข้อมูล

Summary

Your personal data (nickname, birth date and time, questions, reading results, and preferences) is stored on your device only. The app does not upload this data to any server, and the developer cannot access it, unless you deliberately type it into the feedback form and submit it in the app.
You can delete all data at any time via the "Delete all data" menu on the app's profile page, or by uninstalling the app.
The app has no user accounts, requires no sign-up, and does not sell personal data.
Exception for the website's paid Annual Life Map Report: email and birth data are sent to the server only after you explicitly choose to order and accept the Privacy Notice and Terms.
Website calculators (e.g. compatibility, Chakratipani, luck check, name numerology): what you enter is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, calculated, and returned immediately — it is not written to any database, not linked to your membership, and never used for advertising or profiling. (The website moved calculation to the server on 28 July 2026 so that the formulas and source texts cannot be copied from the page.)

Information the App May Ask For

Depending on the features you use, the app may ask for information such as:

How Information Is Used

This information is used to:

Generate personalized guidance based on Thai astrology
Save your preferences and reading results for continued use

All processing happens on your device (offline) — the current version does not automatically send profile data or reading results off the device.

Paid Annual Report Website (Beta)

The free preview is calculated in your browser and does not send birth data to the server. If you choose the full report, the service requests explicit consent and processes only the email, required birth date/time, report year, order/payment-status metadata, private report artifacts, and review history.

Email and birth input are encrypted at rest. HTML/PDF artifacts remain in private storage. Access links use random, expiring and revocable tokens; only token hashes are stored. These values and report content are never accepted by the analytics allowlist.

Retention and access-link durations must be configured and approved before real-person Beta data is accepted. Commerce fails closed when they are absent.

Storage and Security

Profile and birth data are kept in the operating system's secure storage.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use care when entering personal information.

Sensitive Life Questions

You may choose to enter your own questions. Please avoid entering highly sensitive information such as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency details — this app offers reflective guidance, not professional diagnosis or advice.

Usage Analytics

The app contains an anonymous usage-analytics mechanism (via Google Firebase Analytics) that is off by default and only operates with your in-app consent. When enabled, the app sends only limited events and categorical values for product improvement; it does not send names, contact details, birth data, personal questions, or reading text. You can change this setting at any time from Settings.

Website Analytics

The Jedsada website uses its own first-party usage counter, which is off by default and only runs after you press "Accept" on the consent banner. It is designed to be non-identifying: it records only daily aggregate counts per event name (e.g., how many times the Studio page was opened today), stores no IP addresses, user agents, or user identifiers, sets no tracking cookies (your consent choice stays in your own browser), accepts only a predefined allowlist of event names while discarding everything else, shares nothing with third parties or ad networks, and automatically honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can review, change, or withdraw your consent at any time from the Consent Settings section at the end of this page; withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not affect any website feature.

Website Membership & Waitlist

When you sign up as a member or follow an upcoming launch (App 2, the Calculation API, or full calculation-step access), we store only what is needed: your email address, the topics you chose to follow, the time of signup and consent, and email-verification status. The email is used solely to announce launches and activate membership benefits — never for spam, and the list is never sold or shared. Signup is strictly opt-in with an explicit consent checkbox. Verification links expire after 30 minutes and member sessions are kept in an HttpOnly cookie that page scripts cannot read. Web calculators (such as the 31-criteria luck check) send what you enter to our server for calculation and return the result immediately — the data is not written to any database and is not linked to your membership. To prevent abuse, request counts are keyed to a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, and never anything you typed. The free short Annual Life Map preview still runs entirely in your browser. You can withdraw and have your email deleted at any time by contacting support.jedsada@gmail.com; deletion is completed within 30 days.

Project Enquiry Form (Jedsada Studio)

When you submit the website design and development enquiry form, what you enter (project type, goal, scope, name, business name, contact channel, budget band, timeline, links, and any extra details) is stored in the website's database and used only to scope the work and reply to you about your project.

Consent is required before every submission. The data is never used for marketing and is not shared with third parties.
Free-text answers are never sent to website analytics. Analytics only records the project type you picked from the list (e.g. "เว็บไซต์") — never your name, email, or free text.
A copy of the brief is emailed to the Studio's responsible person only. The confirmation you receive contains a reference number and no brief content.
You can have the enquiry corrected or deleted at any time by contacting support.jedsada@gmail.com with the reference number; this is completed within 30 days.

Feedback Submission

When you choose Send Feedback, the in-app survey sends the answers you select to Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. This can include ratings, selected features, optional feedback text, app version, platform, language, a server timestamp, and a random installation identifier that is not an account or a direct personal identifier.

The app does not automatically attach profile, birth, location, personal-question, or reading data. Do not type your name, phone number, or those details into the optional text fields. Submitting feedback is voluntary and separate from Analytics consent.

In-App Purchases

The current version of the app is free and contains no active in-app purchases. If paid features are offered in the future, all payments will be processed by Google Play — the app will never see or store your payment details (such as card numbers), and purchases can be managed, cancelled, or refunded through Google Play under Google's policies.

Data Sharing

The app does not sell personal data. Profile data and reading results remain on your device. Feedback that you voluntarily submit is processed and stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore so the developer can review it and improve the app.

Device Permissions

The app requests device permissions only when needed for a feature. You can manage permissions through your device settings.

Children and Young Users

The app is intended for users who can understand reflective guidance and make their own decisions, or who use the app with appropriate supervision. The app does not present guidance as certainty and does not pressure young users.

Data Deletion

App data is stored on your device. You can delete it in two ways, with immediate and permanent effect:

In-app menu: Profile page → "Delete all data"
Uninstall the app from your device

For an Annual Report website order, contact the address below to request link revocation or deletion of the order, encrypted birth input, and report files.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes (for example, when usage analytics or in-app purchases are activated), this page and the "Last updated" date above will be updated.
